Processing Time
Orders are embossed on Mondays and Thursdays, with same-day dispatch (for orders placed before 1pm).

UK Delivery
Standard 2nd Class: 2–4 working days

Tracked 48: 2 working days

Tracked 24: 1 working day 

International Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination (usually 7–15 working days).
Please note customs fees may apply depending on your country.

For orders that are under the value of £25, tracking is not included

As each item is personalised, returns are only accepted if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• There is a mistake in the personalisation caused by us

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
