Can I see a preview before ordering?
At this time, we do not provide digital previews. However, our product images show real examples of previous embossing styles, font size, and placement so you can order with confidence.
Is the leather real?
We offer both genuine leather and high-quality PU leather, depending on the product.
The material will always be clearly stated in the product title or description. Both options are selected for their durability, structure, and premium finish.
Can I return a personalised item?
As each piece is custom embossed to order, we can only accept returns if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- There is an error with the personalisation made by us
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Do you offer gift wrapping & gift notes?
Yes — we offer gift wrapping for an additional £3.
You may also include a complimentary gift note with your message, which will be placed inside the package.
Do you offer bulk orders & logo embossing?
We welcome bulk and corporate enquiries.
For larger quantities, please contact us in advance so we can confirm stock availability and lead times.
Logo embossing is not available for small orders. For bulk orders, this can be arranged and typically requires a 3–4 week lead time for custom logo mould production.
